British rapper and YouTube personality Yung Filly admits to biting woman as he testifies during r@pe trial

Rapper and YouTube personality Yung Filly has admitted in court that he bit a woman "numerous times" during a s3xual encounter but denied allegations that he r@ped or assaulted her.The 30-year-old, whose real name is Andrs Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is on trial at the District Court of Western Australia over allegations that he r@ped a woman after performing at a nightclub in Perth in 2024 while on tour in Australia.Taking the witness stand on Monday, Barrientos told the court he "fancied" the woman after meeting her at Bar1 nightclub and described her as having "a really good energy about her." He denied the woman's allegation that he touched her breasts or put his hand down her underwear while they were at the venue. "It didn't happen," he said. "I recall putting my hand on her waist."The woman previously told the court she responded, "I'm not like that," after Barrientos allegedly put his hand down her underwear. She also alleged he replied, "It really shows your age," before later telling her, "You're coming home with me tonight."Barrientos denied giving the woman tequila shots, claiming they had instead been handed out by a bar manager. "I was standing in the VIP (area), and she was standing in the general area, and she leant over a barrier and said something to me," he told the court.Barrientos said he believed the woman was interested in him and was not surprised that she agreed to return to his hotel. He said he initially held her hand as they left the venue before letting go. "I quickly realised I didn't want to be seen on socials," he said.Barrientos told the court that the "vibes were good" when they arrived at his hotel with the then-20-year-old woman. He said his security guard took the woman's phone as part of what he described as "standard practice" because he is "in the limelight."Although they did not explicitly discuss having s3x before leaving the nightclub at about 3.30am, Barrientos said he believed they would have consensual s3x. He described the encounter as consensual and "great", adding there was "grunting and moaning... in a good way."Prosecutors allege the encounter became violent after Barrientos slapped the woman and ignored her requests to stop. The court has also heard allegations that he placed his hands tightly around her neck for several seconds while instructing her to say "derogatory things", which she refused before beginning to cry.He is further accused of r@ping the woman multiple times, including anally, before ordering food through room service. The complainant told the court she later heard Barrientos tell his minder that she was "not good in bed."Barrientos denied choking or slapping the woman but admitted biting her. "In England, we would call it a love bite," he said. "My mouth on her skin; it involves sucking (and) my teeth were involved, to some extent."The jury was shown photographs taken after the alleged incident showing bruising and bite marks on the woman's face and neck. One bite allegedly broke the skin on her breast, requiring her to receive a tetanus vaccination at hospital.CCTV footage played in court showed Barrientos and his entourage leaving the nightclub and getting into a white minivan before the woman entered the vehicle shortly afterwards. "All I remember is me leaving in front of her," Barrientos said. "And before I knew it, she was in the vehicle." He told the court he could not remember whether they spoke during the journey to the hotel.Barrientos has pleaded not guilty to six counts of s3xual penetration without consent, three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of impeding another person's normal breathing. The Colombian-born entertainer, who has millions of followers across YouTube and TikTok, remains on bail and was permitted to return to the UK before the trial began. The trial continues. The post British rapper and YouTube personality Yung Filly admits to biting woman as he testifies during r@pe trial appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
