A California woman has filed a lawsuit accusing a man of secretly recording an intimate video during an online interaction and later sending the footage to her daughter without consent.According to the lawsuit, Crystal Merrill claims she was engaged in online s3xual activity over Facebook Messenger with Frank Harris in 2022 when he allegedly recorded her without her knowledge.Court documents allege the video showed the woman performing an intimate solo act while m@sturbating.Crystal claims Harris later sent the footage to her daughter through text message and email in 2023. She also alleges he threatened to upload the video to platforms including Instagram, P0rnhub, Facebook and TikTok.The lawsuit states that she never consented to being recorded or to the video being shared with anyone.
