The Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly,  Martins Amaewhule, says the incumbent governor of the state, Sim Fubara is a mistake that should never have happened to the state. While speaking at the impeachment proceedings against Fubara earlier today, Amaewhule said that the state has never had a governor "this bad." In his wordsThe governor does not want to present any budget because if he wanted to, he would have done it all this while.
