“Lies for clickbait” — Actress Amanda Bynes shuts down viral TikTok accusing Dan Schneider of impregnating her at 13

Lies for clickbait Amanda Bynes shuts down viral TikTok accusing Dan Schneider of impregnating her at 13Amanda Bynes has strongly denied a viral TikTok video that claimed she was impregnated by former Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider when she was 13. The 39-year-old former child star told TMZ the video was completely fake and filled with lies, adding that she had nothing to do with the disturbing clip circulating online. The since-deleted TikTok was posted from a fan account named amandabynesupdates. It showed a recent video Bynes took of herself, but the clip was edited with text suggesting she had been pregnant as a minor. The video then cut to an old resurfaced scene from The Amanda Show showing Bynes and Schneider in a hot tub a comedy sketch titled Amandas Jacuzzi, which aired between 1999 and 2002. Bynes clarified the TikTok was manipulated, saying the editor spliced together her Instagram Story and unrelated footage from the show to create a false narrative. She also made it clear the TikTok account was not hers, and that the claims were posted purely for clickbait. Representatives for Dan Schneider declined to comment when contacted. The resurfaced clip comes amid Schneiders ongoing legal battle with the producers of Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, a controversial documentary released in 2024. Schneider sued the filmmakers for defamation, claiming the docuseries painted misleading and damaging implications about his behavior during his years at Nickelodeon. A Los Angeles judge later allowed Schneiders defamation suit to move forward, stating that a reasonable viewer could interpret the documentary as making serious accusations about him. Schneider who worked on major Nickelodeon hits like All That, Drake & Josh, Zoey 101, Victorious, iCarly, and The Amanda Show has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. His lawyers maintain he was not aware of misconduct by others and condemned it when it came to light. The documentary also highlighted criminal cases involving two former Nickelodeon employees, but Schneiders legal team insists he had no involvement in their actions. Bynes, meanwhile, wants fans to know the viral TikTok is 100% fake, and she had no part in creating or supporting the claims made in it.
