Social critic Scott Iguma has compared the state of infrastructure in a Chinese university with those in Imo State University.He shared a video showing the pristine state of the infrastructure in a university in China. The video showed the up-to-date infrastructure within the premises of the Chinese university.He went on to share a video showing the deplorable state of infrastructure in the Imo State University campus.
