
Los Angeles Rams starting left tackle Alaric Jackson was arrested on Monday night for felony domestic battery and is currently being held at an LAPD jail. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a home in the San Fernando Valley around 11 PM following a call to authorities.According to NBC Los Angeles, which first reported the story, police determined that Jackson had initially been engaged in a verbal dispute with a woman over her allegedly recording him with her phone. Jackson reportedly tried to take the phone from her, leaving scratch marks on her arm.Jackson, 27, was taken into custody at 12:30 AM and transported to the LAPD's Valley Jail. He was booked just before 4:30 AM on the felony domestic battery charge.The 6-foot-7, 340-pound offensive lineman, regarded as one of the better tackles in the NFL, went undrafted out of Iowa in 2021 before signing with the Rams, where he has since become an anchor on the team's offensive line.
