A 16-year-old aspiring footballer, Tommy Ballay-Dean, has died after a fire broke out at a home in Southwark, with another teenager left in a coma following the incident.Emergency services were called to the property, where firefighters brought the blaze under control after nearly two hours. Tommy, known as Junior, was pronounced dead at the scene.His friend, Shauny Halsey, also 16, sustained severe facial injuries and life-threatening burns. He was taken to Kings College Hospital before being placed in an induced coma and later transferred to a specialist facility, where he is expected to undergo multiple procedures.The two teenagers had reportedly just returned from the shops when the fire broke out.
